The Center for Medical Simulation has found a new home in Boston’s Charlestown Navy Yard. The leased space is approximately 13,000 square-feet of office space and is located at 100 First Avenue. The historic property is also known as the Carraige House.
Although the terms of the deal were not disclosed, a report from Cassidy Turley FHO indicates that the average rate of an A Class space in Charlestown is $34 per square foot (Boston Business Journal).
The center is designed to train medical professionals simulating medical crises. CMS hopes that through practice, medical professionals can gain a new perspective on how to handle challenging medical situations.
