A $10 million mixed-use property in the center of Harvard Square is for sale. Papyrus, Uno Chicago Grill, and Vitamine Shop currently occupy the property, a 27,796 square foot brick complex originally built in 1910. The mixed-use space is divided between retail (12,150 square feet) and residential (16 apartments totaling 15,646 square feet). Boston Realty Advisors is handling the sale on behalf of the owner, Champagne Realty Management (Boston Business Journal).
