Love fine Italian food? Good news, the Italian sisters who opened NEBO, or The North End Boston restaurant are set to open another location at Atlantic Wharf by next year.

The Pallotta sisters, Carla and Christine who are the chefs and owners at Nebo in the North End of Boston, owe their success to their mother and grandmother’s recipes.
The sister’s have leased 4,000 square feet of space for their new spot. The restaurant will be located next to the Intercontinental Hotel and Trade, celebrity chef Jody Adams’ eatery.
“We are thrilled to be bringing a part of the North End to another part of the city,” Carla Pallotta told the Boston Business Journal. “My sister and I joke that now nebo stands for North End Brought Over.” (Boston Business Journal)
The 165-seat “trattoria” will feature the same menu of hand cut pastas, Neapolitan style pizza, imported Italian meats and house made rustic bread. “Why fix something that’s not broken?” she said. “It’s what we grew up with in the North End, it’s comfort food.” (Boston Business Journal)
As for the original location, it is uncertain how much longer it will remain open. “We will either have two restaurants or just one at Atlantic Wharf,” Pallotta said. (Boston Business Journal)
