Millennium Partners announced it has signed a lead tenant for the Burnham Building redevelopment at the former Filene’s department store, this will help fill in a piece of the puzzle for  Boston’s Downtown Crossing redevelopment.

Arnold Worldwide will take occupancy of 125,000 square feet of office space at the Burnham Building in September 2014. The Burnham Building will then be known as the global headquarters for Arnold Worldwide.

its Worldwide Headquarters to the Burnham Building speaks volumes about the future of the
neighborhood,” said Mayor Thomas M. Menino.

Plans include nearly 200,000 square feet of office space on the upper floors and more than 135,000 square feet of retail on the lower portion. In addition to Arnold Worldwide’s space, 75,000 square feet remains available. (CoStar)
