Millennium Place on the market

Millennium Place on the market

Millennium Partners, the firm developing Millennium Place at Washington and Avery streets, will begin selling condominiums this week. The 256 luxury condominiums range in price from “$550,000 for one-bedrooms facing a courtyard to $3.5 million for penthouses with rooftop terraces” (Boston Herald).

This project marks the first major condominium development to break ground in the area since the recession. The office of sales as well as a model unit open today—October 15, 2012. Due to low inventory, Michael DiMella, a managing partner at Charlesgate Realty Group, believes the project will go well for Millennium. In fact, there are only about 680 luxury condominiums available in Boston at the moment, meaning this project increases supply by nearly 40%.

The residence will include immunities like a 24-hour concierge service, valet parking, screening room, and fitness center.
