14,000 SF Office Building Sold On Route 1

ABG Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce that Bernard Gibbons, a licensed commercial real estate sales and leasing representative of ABG Realty recently brokered the sale of 14,000 SF of office space on Route 1 in Saugus, MA. The highly visible building was built in 1977, contains 11 separate office suites and was sold for $1.7 million. The property was the former headquarters of EastWest Mortgage Co. Gibbons represented the seller, EastWest Suntaug Realty Trust.
