ABG Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce that Bernard Gibbons, licensed commercial real estate sales & leasing representative of ABG Realty recently brokered the sale of 14,000 SF of office space on Rt. 1 in Saugus, MA. The highly visible building was built in 1977, contains 11 separate office suites and was sold for $1.700 Million. The property was the former corporate headquarters of EastWest Mortgage Co. Gibbons represented the seller, East West Suntaug Realty Trust.
