Bernard Gibbons Brokers $2 Million Sale to PSG Framing

Bernard Gibbons of ABG Realty represented the seller, Somerglen LP, in the transaction of 130 Broadway Somerville, MA. The building was sold to PSG Framing out of Boston for $2 million.

The 10,000 SF of warehouse space in the rear of the building will be converted into a light manufacturing facility. The 10,000 sq ft of space in the front will be converted to street level retail facing Broadway.
