Parisian Style Beauty Supplies Leases Space in Malden

Julian Lewis recently leased 2,750 square feet of retail space on 655 Eastern Ave in Malden to Parisian Style Beauty Supplies. Parisian Style signed a 5 year lease for the space in Route 60 Plaza, with an expected opening date of September 1st. They will be relocating from their current location of 18 Bow Street in Union Square.

Route 60 is a large, well-maintained retail plaza. It is in close proximity to the Malden Center T stop, with a traffic count of over 20,000 cars per day. This bodes well for Parisian Style, a popular local store that offers a variety of wigs and other beauty supplies.
