Agent Bernard Gibbons of ABG Realty recently leased a 3,400 square-foot space on Union Street in Somerville to the East Boston Savings Bank. The bank signed a 10 year lease on the space.
EBSB was founded in 1848 to serve the growing financial needs of East Boston neighborhoods. The bank currently has 17 full-service locations in and around the Boston area. The bank has expanded in recent years. In 2010 it merged with Mt. Washington Cooperative Bank, which now operates as a division of EBSB.
