Agents Stephanie Deering and Jean Silva of ABG Realty recently leased the Everett Mills space in Lawrence to Pilo 5 Star Quality. The sewing contractor company was founded in 2006 by Hector Rosado and they work on a variety of products including swimwear, infant wear, dance wear, athletic apparel, and a number of accessories.
Pilo is one of the few facilities that specialize in working with smaller businesses and start-ups. The owner states, “We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality with quick turnaround at competitive price. Inter-shop collaboration and our integrated quality control process ensure that errors are minimized and process improvement can be introduced as needed.”
Everett Mills, the new space the company will be leasing, offers space that is sub-dividable from 1,250 sq. ft. to floors of 25,000 to 50,000 sq. ft. The building features high ceilings, large windows, and original refinished wood floors.
