Timberland Co., a New Hampshire company specializing in boots, footwear, and rugged apparel, said it plans to open a new store on Boston’s Newbury Street that will showcase its brand.
Construction for the new store on the corner of Newbury and Exeter streets has begun, and the plan is for the store to open in early spring, the company said.
Timberland said that the store will be designed to reflect its “long-standing commitment to sustainability through the use of recycled materials and other eco-conscious building practices.”
